The Elegran Capital & Advisory team operates at the nexus of capital markets, commercial real estate and investment advisory to deliver attractive results through diverse economic cycles.

We are a fully integrated, boutique commercial real estate investment advisory firm providing investment sales, capital markets and leasing services. We do this primarily in connection with high-quality real estate across a variety of asset classes throughout the United States.

Elegran Capital and Advisory is the brainchild of two successful New York real estate veterans. Tom Duke and Michael Rossi, who realized the combination of Tom’s deep commercial real estate experience and Michael’s entrepreneurial approach to a legacy industry through the development of a proprietary technology platform, fills an important niche in the marketplace.

Add the capital markets expertise they both bring to bear, and Elegran Capital and Advisory was born - a highly capable, technology-driven, entrepreneurial partner for opportunities across the commercial real estate landscape. Of interest to institutional investors, family offices and high-net worth individuals nationwide, Elegran Capital & Advisory offers highly customized services, including deal origination and transaction structuring, to our clients.

Tom Duke | Co-Founder

Mr. Duke brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience to Elegran Capital & Advisory.

Mr. Duke began his career at the Lansco Corporation, a boutique retail focused commercial leasing firm where he worked alongside the founding partners and quickly rose to Senior Managing Director. He represented retail tenants in their national rollout expansions and owners for their agency assignments. Having forged his own relationships with some prominent owners and looking to grow and service their development needs he joined CBRE as Vice President.

During his tenure at CBRE Mr. Duke focused on retail while becoming more involved in investment sales, capital markets and the industrial market. He collaborated on projects with CBRE’s CEO and several vice chairmen across multiple disciplines of its platform. This involved the repositioning of portfolios and assemblages including advisory and consulting services for many projects designed by world renowned architects.

Throughout this experience Mr. Duke has conceived, structured and negotiated many forms of deals including ground leases, air rights acquisitions and dispositions and a wide variety of net and gross leases along with joint ventures across the country from coast to coast. As a result of this he has successfully spearheaded in excess of several billion dollars in leasing and sales transactions. Mr. Duke has also raised over $500 million dollars for lending and equity for development purposes via his relationships with family offices.

In his current role, Mr. Duke is responsible for overseeing Elegran Capital’s commercial business while his primary focus is in the structuring of JVs for Elegran Capital and its partners for industrial development.

Mr. Duke studied at the University of Miami with a major in International Finance and Marketing and minor Business Law.

Michael Rossi | Co-Founder

Michael Rossi is the founder and managing broker of Elegran Real Estate. Michael has worked tirelessly to fulfill his vision of creating Elegran’s relationship first, technology-enabled, data-driven business model. Elegran has transacted with most major commercial real estate developers in Manhattan leveraging strong partnerships in capital advisory and other disciplines which provide institutional knowledge and advisory services to  Elegran Capital’s clients.

Michael has transacted over $4 billion in real estate over his career. Prior to Michael's entry into the real estate industry, he managed a trading desk for a boutique hedge fund and ran client service operations for a Wall Street brokerage firm with over $600 million in assets under his management. His clients have included major corporations, hedge funds, mutual funds, insurance companies, and high net worth individuals.

Michael is a native of Westchester County and currently resides in Bedford Village with his wife, his son, Solomon, and his daughter, Arabella. He attended the London School of Economics and has international real estate experience in the Caribbean, Costa Rica, and the United Kingdom.

Donald Flynn | Director

Donald Flynn is integrally involved in all capacities of the team, though primarily responsible for leading the team's deal origination platform to source & evaluate new joint venture opportunities for industrial development.

His focus is targeted port markets along the East and Gulf Coasts, where he’s led efforts to source and arrange for the development of over 6 million square feet of Class A warehouse product. Prior to joining Elegran, Donald worked at a boutique investment sales firm in New York where he focused on industrial sales and was introduced to the Elegran team.

Donald is an alumnus of The University of Texas where he studied Economics and Finance. He has completed the Real Estate Capital Markets certificate program at NYU, is an active member of The Real Estate Board of New York, the New York Road Runners, and the Texas Exes Alumni Association.

David Nadler | Acquisitions Associate

An acquisitions associate at Elegran Capital & Advisory, David Nadler’s primary focus is to support the team’s deal origination efforts for industrial development, and leading the team in identifying and pursuing new opportunities. Prior to joining Elegran Capital, David Nadler worked as an advisor at a boutique commercial real estate firm serving the Tri-State. He was involved with numerous commercial real estate investments, leases, and 1031 exchanges. Having a keen interest in commercial development and specifically the industrial sector, David joined Elegran Capital. David Nadler graduated from Indiana University with a B.A in Psychology with a concentration in Business.
